Returns

We hope that you love your Señorita Scrunchies! However, if for any reason you are dissatisfied, please get in touch with us within 14 days of your purchase date with your order number to arrange to return your scrunchies. 

Once your order has been returned, you will receive a refund to the payment method selected when you purchased. We are unable to refund any shipping costs incurred in returning your goods.  

Please note, all returned goods must be in as new condition, unworn and unwashed. Any goods that are returned that do not meet this criteria will not be eligible to be refunded.
